Respecting Your Time and Ours

At Fort Langley Colonics, we value your commitment to your well-being. We understand that your scheduled appointment is important, and we reserve that time exclusively for you. When appointments are cancelled with short notice or missed entirely, it prevents us from offering that time to other clients, resulting in unfilled appointment slots.

**Our Cancellation Policy**

A full 48 hours’ notice is required for cancelling appointments.

If you cancel less than 48 hours before your appointment time, you will be billed for 100% of the scheduled value. This also applies to same-day bookings that are subsequently cancelled.

Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment (“no show”) will be billed for the full cost of their scheduled session. As a courtesy, your appointments are confirmed electronically on the day you book and again 72 hours before your scheduled appointment by email from our online appointment scheduling software, and by text if you opt for it. From this confirmation email and text, you have the option of the following without charge:

– Reschedule/change/modify your appointment from your online account (link provided in the email);

– Cancel your appointment from your online account;

– Respond by email with any changes or issues, before 48 hours;

– Call our office number provided in the email for customer service.

Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to prevent missed appointments that result in a cancellation fee. Not receiving an electronic notification from us the day before is not a valid reason to miss an appointment if the original confirmation was received on time. A link to automatically upload the appointment to your calendar is provided in every electronic confirmation.

When you book a service, please keep in mind that the therapist’s time is reserved exclusively for you, and the treatment room is also booked for your use. This reservation incurs costs for the therapist, and as such, any missed appointments or cancellations without the required notice will be at your expense.

If you have purchased a prepaid package and cancel one of your prepaid sessions with less than 48 hours’ notice or miss the session, this session will count as having been used.

Clients who cancel 3 or more consecutive appointments or 4 or more appointments a year without 48 hours’ notice will be asked to find a different colon hydrotherapist.

Any late arrival will shorten your appointment time and will not be made up by running into the next client’s scheduled appointment. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, you will be charged a cancellation fee, and there may not be enough time to proceed with your session.

All appointments must be held with a valid credit card at the time of booking. A credit card hold transaction may be made to reserve your appointment time, and your credit card information is stored with full encryption.

Missed appointments and late cancellations will be charged to your credit card. Sofia provides receipts marked “cancellation fee” or “missed appointment” and cannot mark such receipts as a “colon hydrotherapy session,” as this constitutes fraud.

The 48-hour cancellation policy allows us to inform clients on our waitlist of any availability and keep our staff schedules filled, thus better serving everyone. Fort Langley Colonics are presented and provided in the best quality and tradition of excellent service for our established and future clientele.

If you book an appointment and refuse to follow the guidelines upon arrival, a no-show fee will be charged to your credit card for the scheduled time. It is understood that you received sufficient information to cancel your appointment with 48 hours notice. The guidelines are included in your confirmation email and several subsequent communications.
